About the role

Join Qantas Loyalty as a Senior Manager shaping the future of Holidays and Experiences across Qantas and Jetstar. This full‑time permanent position is based at the Mascot Campus in Sydney and works in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment delivering commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer‑led, commercially focused growth for the Qantas and Jetstar Holidays portfolio, including cruises and experiences.
• Combine strategic insight with hands‑on delivery to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and boost revenue performance.
• Own end‑to‑end P&L, oversee campaign execution and ensure strong commercial results.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Marketing and Airline teams while leading the partnership with Qantas and Jetstar Airlines.
• Measure performance of offers and holiday packages, continuously optimizing results.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in the travel, airline or OTA industry with strong commercial exposure.
• Proven commercial acumen influencing pricing, product and performance strategy.
• Deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in complex matrix organisations.
• Proactive, outcomes‑focused mindset thriving in a lean, fast‑paced team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience in financial performance management and planning.
• Exposure to digital product environments and agile ways of working.
