Senior Manager – Global Mobility Advisory

About the role

KPMG’s Global Mobility Advisory team provides tax advisory and compliance services for organisations and individuals with globally mobile workforces. As a Senior Manager you will lead delivery of tax‑focused mobility solutions and support multinational clients and senior executives throughout the mobility lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of global mobility tax advisory and compliance services for large multinational organisations and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Manage client relationships, act as escalation point and ensure high‑quality technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Delivery & Data Excellence team to drive efficient, high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in global mobility and expatriate tax advisory.
• Proven ability to advise on Australian tax obligations, residency, remuneration structures and salary packaging for internationally mobile employees.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing high‑performing teams and driving quality outcomes.
