Senior Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

The Senior Manager – Cybersecurity will provide enterprise‑wide leadership for protecting both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments within the Power and Water Corporation. Reporting to senior executives, the role is responsible for strengthening organisational resilience, governance and risk management while ensuring compliance with critical infrastructure and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy covering ICT and OT assets.
• Lead governance, risk and compliance programmes to meet critical infrastructure standards.
• Partner with business units to identify, assess and mitigate cyber risks.
• Oversee incident response, threat intelligence and security monitoring activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of the organisation’s cyber capability and maturity.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in cyber security leadership, preferably within critical infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong understanding of both IT and OT security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Executive‑level communication and strategic thinking skills.
