Key responsibilities

- Build and manage a pipeline of internal and external opportunities aligned with growth strategy and target markets.
- Contribute to logistics strategies, tenders, mobilisation plans and operating models for billion-dollar infrastructure and construction projects.
- Advise clients on mobilisation, delivery performance and project outcomes, and support project logistics teams on safety, service, compliance and productivity.
- Develop business processes, SOPs, templates, controls and performance measures deployable across projects and regions.
- Improve digital logistics systems, including workflows, forms, dashboards and reporting, and turn operational requirements into digital workflows.
Required profile
- Substantial experience in senior construction logistics roles on major tier-one infrastructure or building projects, ideally over $1 billion in value.
- Established relationships in the construction logistics sector and ability to engage decision-makers, clients and delivery partners.
- Proven success identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and converting them into revenue.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary logistics teams and supporting mobilisation on complex, high-risk projects.
- Experience developing repeatable operating models, processes and governance across multiple projects or regions.
- Sound understanding of estimating, budgets, forecasts, margins, contracts and commercial risk.
Required skills
- Digital systems: adopting technology and turning processes into workflows, dashboards or reporting tools.
- Business development and proposal preparation.
- Project logistics and mobilisation leadership.
What we offer
- In-house training, on-the-job development and mentoring, with practical learning in delivery systems, materials management, reporting and safe logistics operations.
- Six months' paid parental leave at full pay, plus purchased leave and volunteering leave.
- Discounts and savings across hundreds of Australian retailers.
