Senior Loan Kit Team Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results‑driven Senior Loan Kit Team Lead to oversee daily loan kit operations for its orthopaedics business in Adelaide, South Australia. You will lead a high‑performing warehouse team to ensure surgical kits are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time, supporting patient safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily loan kit warehouse operations across dispatch and receiving, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, compliance and cost control.
• Coach and develop team members through clear objectives, regular feedback, performance dashboards and structured development plans.
• Drive team performance to ensure orders are processed, packed and dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, resolve kit issues and improve customer outcomes.
• Partner with sales, customer service and freight providers to resolve issues, manage outstanding orders and optimise freight costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, training records and full compliance with quality systems, SOPs and the Five Quality Principles.

Required profile

• Proven success leading a team in a high‑volume, complex environment.
• Ability to identify and organise process‑improvement initiatives.
• Empathetic leadership style that drives KPI achievement and team development.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with suppliers and customers.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
