Senior Lead Workforce Surveying

About the role

ANZ is looking for an experienced Senior Lead Workforce Surveying to head its enterprise‑wide employee listening programme. This specialist leadership position sits within the Talent & Culture Workforce Strategy & Analytics division and focuses on designing, delivering and analysing large‑scale workforce surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve ANZ’s employee listening strategy and survey methodology.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale employee surveys and self‑service programmes.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for the Qualtrics Employee Experience Platform, managing administration, optimisation and governance.
• Design and implement integration of Qualtrics with HRIS (SuccessFactors) and cloud analytics platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with Talent & Culture, Technology and Risk stakeholders to deliver strategic listening outcomes.
• Lead offshore and third‑party partners to ensure high‑quality execution of survey programmes.
• Maintain strong data‑governance, privacy, operational risk and compliance standards.
• Support workforce reporting, analytics and insight generation for business decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in employee surveying, research or workforce analytics.
• Proven track record delivering global surveys with 20,000+ respondents.
• Deep expertise in Qualtrics or a comparable enterprise survey platform.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy and risk management practices.
