Senior Lead - HR Enablement

About the role

As a Senior Lead - HR Enablement, you will play a critical leadership role within the Digital Employee Experience team, driving the evolution of ANZ's core HR technology ecosystem. You will lead a team of specialists responsible for employee data management, time and attendance, leave management, and foundational HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR Enablement team in delivering and optimising HR technology products and services.
• Define and execute product roadmaps for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, ServiceNow and related platforms.
• Partner with HR, technology and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of enhancements, including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation and support.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new capabilities to maximise value from HR technology investments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading teams in SaaS and Agile product environments.
• Strong background as an HR Product Owner, HR Technology Lead or Business Analyst.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Time Management) with relevant certifications.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive projects from design to adoption.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
