Senior Human Resource Manager – Sydney

About the role

The Senior Human Capital Manager for Australia will lead HR business partnering and employee relations across the country, driving a high‑quality people experience through data, digital tools and AI‑enabled insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end HC processes, ensuring consistent, compliant and efficient employee experiences from onboarding to exit.
• Act as the lead HR Business Partner for Australian offices, advising senior leaders on talent attraction, retention, rewards and workplace culture.
• Lead employee relations matters, conduct investigations, manage terminations and ensure clear, timely communications.
• Drive process improvement and automation, partnering with HR, IT and Shared Services to implement AI‑enabled solutions.
• Oversee WGEA compliance, reporting and DEI/pay‑equity action planning.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of HR experience in a large, globally matrixed organization, preferably across Asia‑Pacific.
• Strong knowledge of Australian labour regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Excellent coaching, influencing and communication skills.
