Senior HR Business Partner (12‑month contract)

About the role

SiteMinder is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support senior leaders across Product, Tech and Customer teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping to build high‑performing teams, navigate change and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product & Tech leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Advise leaders on complex employee relations, wellbeing and psychosocial safety.
• Build manager capability through coaching, practical guidance and leadership development.
• Support reward, remuneration and pay‑equity discussions in partnership with the People Team.
• Lead people aspects of restructures, workforce changes and transformation initiatives.
• Use people analytics to identify trends and inform key decisions.
• Collaborate with People Ops to ensure seamless delivery and foster an inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Solid background as an HRBP or Senior HRBP in tech, SaaS or fast‑moving industry.
• Proven experience partnering with Product, Engineering or digital teams.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to know when to challenge, support or escalate.
• Hands‑on experience with org design, change management, performance, talent and employee relations.
• Comfort moving quickly between high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day execution.
• Excellent communication and calm demeanor in delicate situations.
