Senior Graphic Designer - Fashion & Retail

About the role

Billini, a leading Australian fashion footwear label, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with experience in the fashion and retail space. The role is based in the company's modern Marrickville head office and sits within a creative graphics team that builds brand assets for retail, web, social and wholesale channels. You will help keep a cohesive brand identity while delivering designs that match brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design retail and point-of-sale (POS) materials, including small and large-scale items, to brand standards and deadlines
• Create seasonal lookbooks, digital flyers, promotional materials and in-store collateral
• Design internal documents that are consistent with brand guidelines
• Design product packaging and logos in line with the product development timeline
• Develop email marketing designs for consumer and wholesale audiences
• Design and update website assets such as homepage banners
• Create interactive assets like videos, GIFs and animations
• Design paid marketing and affiliate advertisements as needed
• Perform post-production work such as retouching, colour correction and image optimisation
• Ensure all digital and print assets meet brand guidelines and stay up to date on design trends

Required profile

• Experience in the fashion and retail industry, able to work cross-functionally across multiple media types
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and innovation in design execution

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to adapt brand identity and design principles
• Familiarity with packaging design and production processes is a plus
• Strong retouching skills across formats
