Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Senior Full Stack Engineers join the Campaign Monitor product team, collaborating with UX designers, product managers and other engineers to deliver high‑quality customer experiences and scale systems for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement event‑driven microservices and APIs in a distributed architecture.
• Develop dynamic web applications using ReactJS, Node.js and Backbone.js while migrating legacy code.
• Build and maintain infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS, SNS/SQS, RDS, Elasticache, Elasticsearch).
• Work on event streaming and big‑data solutions with Kafka and Spark.
• Shape architecture decisions, mentor teammates and own features end‑to‑end, including on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in at least two languages, preferably C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfortable using AI‑augmented development tools responsibly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
