Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

This permanent senior position will lead the design, development and modernisation of a critical in‑house digital platform. You will work across legacy and modern components, influencing architecture, standards and engineering practices while delivering high‑impact features for both operational and customer‑facing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver full‑stack solutions using C# and modern .NET frameworks.
• Build and enhance web applications, APIs and services across the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards and overall direction.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, DevOps and security teams.
• Maintain and improve production systems with a focus on quality, performance and reliability.
• Lead by example through hands‑on development, code reviews and mentorship.
• Support migration and modernisation of legacy components.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer.
• Proven ability to work on complex, enterprise‑grade systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution‑focused mindset.
