Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior frontend engineer with strong React expertise and a keen eye for design to create enjoyable, intuitive software experiences. You will work within the FormPhil team at CORTO, part of ATI, one of the world’s largest legal‑technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the UX/UI Lead to translate Figma designs into high‑quality React interfaces, ensuring layout, typography, spacing, responsiveness and interaction details are spot‑on.
• Refine initial full‑stack implementations, improving component structure, state handling, usability and consistency while preserving business requirements.
• Develop and maintain shared component libraries and frontend conventions, documenting usage and promoting adoption across the engineering team.
• Identify and resolve performance, accessibility and cross‑browser issues, writing maintainable, tested code and participating in code reviews.

Required profile

• Strong React and TypeScript skills, solid JavaScript, semantic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Excellent visual and interaction judgement with the ability to spot and improve spacing, hierarchy and feedback.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers, interpreting Figma files and discussing design intent.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude, comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
