Senior Finance and Risk Manager - Rail Project

About the role

Lead finance and risk management for a major rail upgrade originating from the Beerburrum project site. You will support sound governance and commercial decision‑making across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost performance.
• Oversee month‑end reporting, reconciliations and financial administration.
• Maintain controls, compliance and contractual stakeholder‑reporting obligations.
• Resolve audit queries and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead the project finance team and improve finance, risk and administration systems.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, commerce, business or a related field.
• CA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Extensive senior finance and team‑leadership experience.
• Strong reporting, cost control, governance and commercial capability.
• Major construction or infrastructure experience, preferably rail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support effective financial decisions.
