Senior Farm Hand – Dairy Operations

About the role

Aurora Dairies is seeking an experienced Senior Farm Hand (or Farm Hand) to join a large‑scale dairy farm near Sale, Victoria. The farm operates 1,160 cows with modern milking technology and offers on‑site accommodation for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and uphold animal health and safe operating procedures.
• Perform all aspects of milking using a 60‑bail rotary shed with ACRs and auto‑teat spray.
• Carry out animal husbandry and pasture management tasks.
• Operate, repair and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
