About the role
The Senior Employment Consultant will empower and motivate a team of Employment Consultants to achieve the best outcomes for clients with disabilities, helping them secure long‑term employment.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and coach team members to meet KPIs and improve performance.
- Engage directly with clients to provide tailored employment services.
- Support the Business Manager and contribute to service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven resilience, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in supporting, leading or managing others.
Required skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check, obtain a Blue Card and MyID.
