Senior Director, Account Executive

About the role

The Senior Director, Account Executive is an executive‑level individual contributor responsible for owning and growing Duck Creek’s most strategic global customer relationships. You will act as the primary point of accountability for customer success, retention, and long‑term partnership health across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall executive accountability for assigned strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and operational performance.
• Develop and sustain trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders across business, operational, and technology functions.
• Drive proactive engagement and governance programs to monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, SaaS Operations, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes and operational excellence.
• Align Duck Creek’s products, services, and strategic investments with customer business objectives to realize long‑term value.
• Lead strategic planning, account governance, and business expansion initiatives to achieve profitable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise accounts in a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive‑level relationships and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
