Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own a broad range of digital initiatives within an Australian cybersecurity business. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, requiring you to identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and deliver commercially‑focused recommendations that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company website, including content updates, landing page creation, performance optimisation, and brand consistency.
• Develop and publish high‑quality written and visual marketing assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets, and gated resources.
• Design graphics and digital assets using Figma and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across channels, analysing performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and leverage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation for lead nurturing and qualification.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Proven ability to manage initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong content marketing, copywriting, and website management capabilities.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated skill in planning, executing, and analysing digital campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
