Senior Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Developer to design, build and maintain enterprise‑focused systems. The role requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and construct enterprise‑grade applications using structured development methodologies.
• Produce functional specifications, detailed designs and technical documentation for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop, test and maintain code following modern coding standards and CI/CD best practices.
• Work with complex data sets, data warehouses, data lakes and business intelligence platforms to deliver performance reporting.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and support power users in corporate reporting projects.
• Participate in project releases, continuous deployment cycles and software‑process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise system design and construction.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication for compiling reports and proposals.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team to deliver outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based and on‑premises technologies.
• Data modelling, design and analysis.
• Business intelligence applications and analytics platforms.
• Requirements analysis and documentation.
