Senior Designer

About the role

This is a creative, concept‑driven Senior Designer position within a brand experience studio that works across a variety of global brands. The role is hybrid, based in inner Melbourne, and sits in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary in‑house studio reporting to the Design Lead/Studio Manager and working closely with the Creative Director.

Key responsibilities

• Generate campaign ideas and develop visual concepts for new brand assets.
• Create logos, visual stories and brand identity systems.
• Contribute to shaping the look and feel of brands across campaigns and projects.
• Support art direction on campaigns and collaborate with the wider marketing team.
• Maintain high standards of typography, colour, and emerging design trends.

Required profile

• 6+ years of design experience gained in an agency or client‑side environment.
• Strong passion for typography, colour theory and staying ahead of design trends.
• Hands‑on, collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid studio setting.
• Ability to contribute creatively across a range of brand experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe CS).
• Additional creative strengths such as motion design or copywriting are considered a plus.
