About the role
Ethnolink is seeking a hands‑on Senior Designer to elevate creative output for government and not‑for‑profit clients. Working within the Multicultural Communications & Engagement team, you will shape concepts from early ideation through to full campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Design and refine key assets such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and campaign materials across digital, print and other formats.
- Develop templates and visual systems that improve quality and efficiency across the agency.
- Lead creative strategy and ideation, generating distinctive campaign ideas, concepts and formats.
- Provide clear creative direction to in‑house and freelance designers, review work and give constructive feedback.
- Support the articulation and presentation of creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
Required profile
- Strong agency experience across campaign creative, brand, visual design, content and presentation design.
- Ability to translate strategy, research and community insight into culturally relevant creative work.
- Player‑coach mindset: hands‑on design work combined with leadership of junior designers.
- Commitment to maintaining brand consistency for client work and Ethnolink’s own communications.
