Senior Designer – Creative Services (6‑month contract)

About the role

Lifeblood is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Creative Services team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help bring the Lifeblood brand to life across national campaigns, working on digital, print and physical environments while supporting life‑saving services.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets such as campaigns, EDMs, social content, presentations, signage and printed materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end design delivery from brief through to production‑ready artwork.
• Apply and uphold Lifeblood’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency, care and clarity.
• Adapt creative for multiple formats and channels, handling artwork and layout adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver clear, effective design solutions.
• Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a design team (in‑house or agency).
• Proven ability to produce artwork for both digital and print executions.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Portfolio showcasing up to five relevant work samples.
