Senior Demand Planner – Medical APAC

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner for our Medical APAC supply chain. The role combines advanced forecasting with strategic partnership across sales, marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure the right medical products are available for healthcare professionals and patients throughout the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, commercial insights and cross‑functional inputs.
• Lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review meetings to achieve consensus demand plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to support strategic business decisions and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Provide forecasting insights, scenario analysis and risk assessments to senior leaders.
• Support new product launches, portfolio transitions and lifecycle planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes, reporting, analytics and planning tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning or related functions.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive‑level discussions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power Platform proficiency.
• Experience with forecasting platforms such as Oracle Demantra, i2 or Demand Solutions.
• Statistical modelling, data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
