About the role
Turn complex data into clear insights for justice programs and help shape policy through evidence‑based analysis. This full‑time position works with varied data sources and modern analytical tools to measure the costs and benefits of government initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality data, research and analysis projects using multiple data sources.
- Manage and link data from different systems for comprehensive analysis.
- Collaborate with policy and program teams to understand their needs and provide clear evidence and insights.
- Present complex findings through written reports, dashboards and visual products.
- Provide accurate advice on justice data, statistics and the meaning of analysis.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in statistics, criminology, economics, data analytics or social science.
- Strong experience in data reporting and statistical analysis of large, complex datasets.
- Experience in economic analysis, including cost‑benefit analysis.
