Senior Customer Value Architect

About the role

Neara builds physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids using machine learning, helping utilities understand risks and optimise investments. As a Senior Customer Value Architect you will be the named Neara lead on its most strategic enterprise accounts in Australia, embedded with the customer, often on-site, and responsible for the overall success of each account.

Key responsibilities

• Own the account: drive delivery, adoption, value and growth, and act as the customer's strongest advocate inside Neara.
• Lead enterprise delivery: own large, complex projects end to end, meeting contractual scope and business outcomes.
• Configure the Neara platform around how the customer analyses and manages risk.
• Lead organisation-wide adoption, including workflow and change management.
• Define business cases and ROI metrics with customer leadership and run executive value reviews.
• Act as a trusted executive advisor, shaping where Neara goes next in the customer's business.
• Work with Sales and Deployment to grow the account, and feed field insights back to Product.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading complex technology programs for large enterprise clients, embedded with them.
• Background in technology consulting, or in utility or civil design.
• Bonus points for infrastructure or energy sector experience or an engineering degree.

Required skills

• Strong technical depth: credible with engineers and hands-on with enterprise software platforms, data and deployments.
• Experience building value and ROI frameworks tied to a client's strategic priorities.
• Clear communication and judgement, able to explain complex topics simply.
