Senior Contracts Administrator

About the role

Kuatro Build is looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join its commercial team. You will provide end-to-end subcontractor contract administration on complex D&C and ECI projects, working alongside an experienced commercial leadership team. The company runs a maximum of four to six active projects at a time, giving direct involvement rather than a seat in a machine.

Key responsibilities

• Cost and head contract management
• Establish management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities
• Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules across multiple trades
• Manage progress claims and variations
• Apply a working understanding of construction practices, sequencing and value-driven delivery
• Produce cost and project reports via Jobpac and Payapps, with training provided on the systems

Required profile

• Senior construction/building contract and commercial management experience, including head and subcontract administration
• Proven ability to lead subcontractor and trade administration on medium to large built form projects
• Industry-relevant degree qualification
• Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes and regulations
• Clear, collaborative communicator, self-motivated and able to drive outcomes independently
• Strong appreciation for systems and processes
