Senior Contracts Administrator

About the role

ACCIONA is delivering the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant in Perth, a $2.8 billion project that will provide up to 100 billion litres of drinking water per year. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Contracts Administrator will support the Commercial team in implementing and continuously improving the project’s procurement process.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Maintain a register of contract variations.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract terms.
• Support the project team on subcontract management.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Attend pre‑start meetings during project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in contracts administration on construction projects.
• Quantity Surveying background desirable.
• Construction Induction Training (White Card).
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
