Senior Consultant – Tax Advisory

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Tax Advisory team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of private, listed, and high‑net‑worth clients, helping them navigate complex tax legislation and optimise their business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex domestic and international tax structuring and cross‑border transactions.
• Support taxation authority reviews, audits and dispute resolution.
• Provide tax advice on asset acquisitions, divestments, due diligence, financing arrangements and IPO structuring.
• Lead client engagements, maintain regular contact, and present findings to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex tax concepts.
• Experience delivering high‑quality, client‑ready deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
