Senior Consultant – Operations Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join KPMG’s ASPAC Operations Transformation team on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will work with senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific to embed new ways of working and support the Integrated Value Chain transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and program teams to drive change and adoption across the ASPAC region.
• Lead end‑to‑end change activities, including impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness.
• Support implementation at key milestones (pre‑go‑live, go‑live, post‑implementation).
• Engage stakeholders and tailor change approaches to local market needs.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication ability to simplify complex concepts.

Required skills

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end change management on large or complex transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of operational or digital transformation.
• Proven stakeholder management and engagement across multiple teams or geographies.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, implementable change plans.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with risk identification and adoption driving.
