Senior Consultant, Marketing Transformation

About the role

The Senior Consultant, Marketing Transformation helps clients enhance the effectiveness of their marketing and customer functions through operating model design, governance, process improvement, and capability uplift initiatives. You will work closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary Credera teams to translate business challenges into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, customer, digital, and operational teams.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery activities; gather, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data.
• Document current‑state and future‑state operating models, processes, governance structures, and ways of working.
• Develop client‑ready presentations, recommendations, and transformation artefacts.
• Deliver assigned workstreams with minimal supervision, maintaining quality and professionalism.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, transformation, marketing operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Understanding of marketing operating models, governance, organisational design, and change adoption concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently within defined workstreams and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with collaborative delivery tools.
