Senior Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the communication strategy for a fast‑growing Customer Success organization. This high‑visibility position partners directly with senior leadership to translate vision into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communications, including strategic messaging, leadership updates, talking points, and presentations.
• Support the Chief of Staff in shaping high‑impact narratives that convey priorities and organizational direction.
• Own internal Customer Success communications such as All‑Hands meetings, newsletters, Slack updates, and announcements.
• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen team connectivity and recognition.
• Create and manage communication plans for events, conferences, off‑sites, and leadership appearances.
• Produce organizational updates, internal briefings, and company‑wide communications highlighting performance and key wins.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Revenue teams to ensure consistent customer‑facing messaging.
• Drive internal storytelling that showcases Customer Success as a critical revenue engine.

Required profile

• 6‑7+ years of experience in corporate, internal, or executive communications.
• Strong background supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other GTM/revenue‑focused teams.
• Proven ability to craft executive‑level messaging and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
• Deep understanding of revenue‑generating organization dynamics, cadence, and stakeholder priorities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple communication streams simultaneously.
