Senior Clinical Project Manager – Australia

About the role

Allucent is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead complex multispecialty therapy studies across the globe. You will drive projects from start‑up through close‑out, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver clinical trials on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Select, manage, and oversee vendor performance strategically.
• Proactively mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and control budgets.
• Maintain inspection‑ready documentation and ensure completeness of the Trial Master File.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business.
• At least 6 years of experience in drug development or clinical research.
• For senior level: minimum 4 years of clinical project management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience managing all phases of full‑service clinical trial delivery.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of ICH‑GCP (R2) guidelines.
• Understanding of data and patient privacy practices.
• Familiarity with applicable local regulatory requirements.
