Senior Clinical and Sales Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results‑driven Senior Clinical Specialist to join its Electrophysiology team in Queensland. The role provides expert case coverage for advanced electrophysiology procedures and supports commercial growth through clinical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procedural support on complex electrophysiology cases, especially arrhythmia interventions.
• Lead training sessions, mentor associate clinical specialists, and ensure high performance of in‑field teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimise patient outcomes and troubleshoot product issues.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations, handling recalls, complaints, and feeding back insights for product development.
• Support sales by identifying clinical opportunities, demonstrating product value, and representing Johnson & Johnson at industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, preferably as an EP cardiac technician or similar.
• Deep understanding of electrophysiology, catheters, arrhythmias, hardware and software.
• Strong leadership, autonomous work style and proven track record of new technology adoption.
