Senior Client Services Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to lead its Client Services team in Victoria. The role oversees the full investor lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance across onboarding, reporting and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of three Associates to deliver exceptional client service throughout the investor lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding, transitions, reporting, enquiries and off‑boarding of clients.
• Maintain compliance logs for FATCA, AML and DDO requirements.
• Coordinate client meetings, roadshows and related materials in Australia and offshore.
• Maintain the client relationship database and support sales‑plan execution.
• Liaise with Invesco investment centres and the Registry provider (Link) to fulfil client requests.
• Supervise the Senior Client Relations Associate on platform relationships, DDQ and reporting.
• Support wholesale and institutional channel activities, including CRM management and industry research.
• Prepare roadshow briefing notes and manage client rebate payments, invoices and registers.
• Champion Salesforce and other technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Document and report on Client Services processes and productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a client services or investor‑services team.
• Strong knowledge of the investor lifecycle and related compliance (FATCA, AML, DDO).
• Experience coordinating client meetings, roadshows and preparing related documentation.
• Ability to work closely with investment centres, registry providers and internal project teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
