Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

Burberry is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver a personalised, elevated experience to new and existing clients at its Chatswood Chase store. Reporting to store management, you will inspire customers through deep product knowledge, storytelling and a passion for luxury fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Provide luxury service by guiding clients through the full client journey – from first impression to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation according to Burberry guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stockroom upkeep and markdowns.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through appointments, personalized styling, and regular follow‑up.
• Capture new luxury clients and drive repeat business to grow the client book.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work climate and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail, preferably in a senior sales role.
• Strong ability to build meaningful client relationships and deliver personalised service.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey brand heritage.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining visual and operational standards.
