Senior Client Advisor

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for its flagship store in Sydney. In this senior retail position you will lead client experiences, mentor junior staff and drive sales performance while embodying the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate the client experience by exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton among clients and team members.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, operational excellence and KPI monitoring.
• Mentor and coach junior advisors, fostering a supportive, high‑performing team environment.
• Contribute to store strategy, operational procedures and escalation management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a high‑touch service environment.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for clienteling, especially with VIP clientele and exclusive appointments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage escalations professionally.
• Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
