Senior Change Manager - Statewide LMS Program

About the role

A Peoplebank client is looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change workstream and drive adoption of a statewide Learning Management Solution (LMS) program. The project implements a modern learning platform, including SAP SuccessFactors, to improve workforce capability and mobility. The contract runs until June 2027, with possible extension, and the role is based in Brisbane with hybrid options.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the change management strategy, approach, plans, governance and reporting for the LMS implementation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, program leadership, business units and delivery teams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop readiness plans and targeted interventions.
• Lead communications, positioning and change narrative, with consistent messaging, benefits articulation and branding.
• Drive training and capability enablement, including training needs analysis, learning materials, delivery coordination and schedules.
• Partner with technical streams on UAT and user validation, ensuring business needs are reflected in delivery and rollout planning.
• Manage change risks and issues, monitor adoption and report status to governance forums.
• Lead and mentor a small change team and ensure high-quality change outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change for enterprise-wide technology transformations such as LMS, HR or ERP platforms.
• Strong organisational change management capability, from strategy through to execution.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with readiness, adoption, comms and training workstreams.

Required skills

• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR.
