Senior Centre Manager - Retail Property

About the role

An experienced retail property professional is sought to lead a major retail asset in Brisbane's southern corridor. This is a highly visible leadership role where the senior on-site leader is responsible for the overall operational performance of the centre, the development of a multidisciplinary team and strong relationships with retailers, contractors, service partners and ownership representatives. The candidate works closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic asset objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a large, established retail asset with significant operational complexity
• Inspire, develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team
• Build trusted relationships with retailers, contractors, key stakeholders and ownership groups
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, compliance and customer experience initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance
• Partner with leasing, marketing and asset management teams to maximise asset outcomes
• Act as the senior representative and ambassador for the asset

Required profile

• Experienced Centre Manager or senior retail property professional with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Extensive experience in retail property, shopping centres or large mixed-use assets
• Outstanding people leadership skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
• Sound commercial and financial acumen, including budget and business planning responsibility
• A strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on approach, and exceptional communication skills
• Correct working licence/visa to work in Australia
