Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

eStore Logistics is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to grow new business across its e-commerce, retail and FMCG client base. It is not a traditional warehousing sales role: you will sell a modern, tech-enabled fulfilment offering to brands whose supply chains must move as fast as their customers expect. The company has a national network of high-capacity fulfilment sites across Victoria and New South Wales and is investing in its commercial team heading into 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for new business, from prospecting through to contract negotiation and handover to operations
• Build relationships with logistics, supply chain and commercial decision makers at growing and established e-commerce and retail brands
• Position a tech-enabled fulfilment offering against traditional 3PL and in-house logistics alternatives
• Work closely with operations and pricing teams to structure commercially sound, deliverable solutions
• Represent the business at industry events and within the wider supply chain and logistics community

Required profile

• Proven track record over 5 years in B2C and B2B sales, ideally within 3PL, freight, supply chain or a closely adjacent industry
• Experience selling to or working with e-commerce, retail or FMCG clients
• Comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and structuring commercial terms
• A genuine interest in logistics and supply chain as a growth industry
• Proactive, self-starting, energetic and able to move between strategic account planning and relationship building from scratch
