Senior / Associate Water Servicing Coordinator

About the role

Ivory Group, an established Australian civil engineering consultancy, is looking for an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator to coordinate water and wastewater servicing across a portfolio of residential, subdivision, townhouse, apartment and commercial development projects in Sydney. The role works closely with Sydney Water, developers, councils, civil engineers and other consultants to deliver efficient and cost-effective servicing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate water and wastewater servicing for subdivisions, townhouses, apartments and commercial developments
• Manage Sydney Water servicing processes, including feasibility assessments, Section 73 applications and authority approvals
• Liaise with Sydney Water, developers, councils, civil engineers, project managers and external consultants
• Coordinate servicing strategies, infrastructure requirements, technical documentation and authority submissions
• Review development proposals for servicing constraints, infrastructure needs and project risks
• Work with civil design teams to integrate water servicing into subdivision and development designs
• Mentor junior team members and build relationships with developers, clients and industry partners

Required profile

• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in water servicing coordination within a civil engineering consultancy or property development environment
• Knowledge of Sydney Water requirements, servicing processes and approval pathways
• Experience with Section 73 applications, feasibility assessments and servicing strategies
• Exposure to residential subdivisions, greenfield developments, townhouses, apartments or commercial projects
• Ability to interpret civil engineering designs, servicing plans and infrastructure requirements
• Project coordination skills and strong communication with clients and authorities
