Senior Associate Family Lawyer

About the role

A boutique family law firm on the Gold Coast is looking for a Senior Associate Family Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. You will take on your own caseload of complex family matters in a supportive, collaborative team, with mentoring from senior lawyers and a clear path to partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own complex family law caseload, including property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements and divorce
• Give strategic advice and build practical solutions with the team
• Contribute to practice growth and the firm's strategic goals
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders

Required profile

• 3 to 5+ years of PAE in family law, with a track record on complex matters
• Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a current practising certificate
• Ability to meet billable targets of 5 to 6.5
