About the role

A leading family law practice in Brisbane, described as a mid-tier firm with over a dozen Accredited Specialists nationally, is seeking a Senior Associate. The firm is recognised for its service, workplace culture and collaborative team, and is recruiting someone with 6+ years of post-admission experience in Family Law, including property matters involving complex financial structures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and representation in complex family law cases.
• Play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of the Brisbane practice.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to the firm's reputation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of post-admission experience in Family Law.
• Exceptional technical skills and a commitment to outstanding client outcomes.
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior lawyers.
• Down-to-earth approach; team players are celebrated.
• Proactive mindset and passion for driving the success of a growing practice.
