Senior Associate – Customer Integration

About the role

The Senior Associate – Customer Integration will design, configure and maintain secure connections between ANZ’s Transaction Banking platforms and institutional client systems. Working within the Institutional Transaction Banking division, you will ensure seamless file and message exchange for trade and cash management solutions. The role blends hands‑on technical delivery with project coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and test secure connectivity (SWIFT FILEACT, sFTP, HTTPS) between customer and ANZ systems.
• Implement customer integration solutions within agreed timelines and hand over to BAU support.
• Manage technical aspects of projects, including incident and situation handling, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, sharing knowledge and building relationships.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ processes, policies and strategy throughout implementation.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related business field.
• Experience in a client‑facing Payments & Cash Management role.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, channels and processes.
• Understanding of ISO 20022 formats and transformation logic.
• Project management exposure or qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Project Management) is advantageous.
