Senior Architect - Multi-residential Projects

About the role

The Sydney studio of a leading national multidisciplinary practice is looking for a Senior Architect experienced in leading large-scale Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects through to construction. The role involves mentoring juniors, upholding design standards and meeting project deadlines. The studio is described as stable, with clear leadership and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi-residential projects from concept design through to completion
• Manage the team and oversee construction documentation packages aligned with Australian Building Codes
• Attend on-site meetings and liaise with builders, consultants and other stakeholders

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
• Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects

Required skills

• Strong competency in Revit construction documentation
