Senior Architect – Hospitality Projects (Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead hospitality projects in Sydney, from concept through construction. The role combines design leadership, technical delivery and mentorship within a design‑led studio that delivers boutique venues to large‑scale destination developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hospitality projects from concept design to construction, ensuring programme, quality and client expectations are met.
• Manage smaller projects independently and deliver key work packages on larger, multidisciplinary developments.
• Coordinate consultants, authorities and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and oversee high‑quality documentation using Revit.
• Review technical detailing, resolve design and construction issues, and maintain design quality while balancing budget and buildability.
• Mentor graduate and junior architects, providing day‑to‑day support.
• Attend client, consultant and site meetings to build strong professional relationships.

Required profile

• Registered Architect or experienced Senior Architect with proven project leadership.
• Extensive experience delivering hospitality projects, including new builds, refurbishments, renovations and interior fit‑outs.
• Strong understanding of all architectural phases and ability to manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit for documentation and coordination.
• Technical detailing and construction knowledge.
