Senior Architect - Aged Care and Health

About the role

An established national architecture studio is seeking a Senior Architect / Leader to drive its aged care and health portfolio in Brisbane. This is a senior, client-facing position for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning work and leading a talented team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Drive business development and seek new opportunities alongside other seniors
• Lead internal project teams across aged care and health projects
• Oversee design, project delivery, resourcing and coordination
• Contribute to bids, proposals and client presentations
• Mentor and guide architects and graduates

Required profile

• Registered Architect operating at a senior leadership level
• Strong background in aged care, seniors living or health projects
• Confident leading teams and managing client relationships
• Commercially minded, personable and proactive
