Senior AI Solution Architect

About the role

Join ServiceNow's pre‑sales AI team as a Solution Architect, partnering with customers to co‑create intelligent automation and generative AI solutions that expand ServiceNow's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive knowledge sharing and engagement across the team, customers and the field.
• Align opportunity engagement with ServiceNow's strategic enterprise accounts.
• Address business and technical challenges using ServiceNow AI products while considering regulations, security and evolving needs.
• Represent ServiceNow as a speaker at conferences, trade shows and webinars.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to create assets that grow the AI pipeline.
• Support sales teams to drive and close AI opportunities, including demos, proof‑of‑concepts and value engagements.

Required profile

• 10+ years in presales or consulting with direct enterprise software customer engagement.
• 3+ years selling AI models, deep‑learning and large language models, especially Generative AI.
• Strong presentation skills to explain AI concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for technical sales activities.

Required skills

• Development experience on cloud‑based AI platforms (Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA LLMs).
• Python programming.
• Experience with large relational and NoSQL data stores and data transformation for AI models.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, AI Search and Virtual Agent.
• Certifications on major AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure OpenAI) and familiarity with LLMOps.
