Senior AI Product Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Build frontier AI‑native/agentic products that thousands of customers rely on daily.
• Own problems from idea through implementation, launch and iteration.
• Design intelligent workflows powered by LLMs, tools, memory and agent collaboration.
• Turn emerging AI capabilities into delightful customer experiences.
• Partner closely with product, design and customer teams to shape what we build next.
• Raise the engineering bar through mentorship, technical leadership and thoughtful decision‑making.
• Continuously explore new AI models, tools and techniques.

Required profile

• AI‑native building: architect and direct coding agents, using AI daily to decompose problems and verify output.
• Product thinking & judgment: act like a product owner, focusing on outcomes that matter to customers.
• Strong engineering craft: comfortable across the full stack (front‑end, back‑end, infrastructure, AI systems) and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Delivery speed and reliability: ship continuously, handle evals, on‑call duties and root‑cause fixes.
• Belief in the mission: raise standards, thrive in ambiguity, and champion a small AI‑native team.
