Senior Advisory AI Foundry Architect

About the role

The Senior Advisory AI Foundry Architect will lead high‑impact AI proof‑of‑concepts on the ServiceNow platform for enterprise customers. You will work closely with C‑level sponsors and embedded customer teams to deliver working AI solutions within short, fixed‑time sprints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead intake qualification, scoping workshops and end‑to‑end delivery of AI POCs, typically within a 3‑4‑week sprint.
• Partner with Sales to position AI products, conduct discovery, and articulate outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Configure Now Assist, AI agents and integrate with enterprise data sources, defining evaluation criteria for each POC.
• Build and maintain reusable assets such as prompt libraries, agent templates and integration patterns.

Required profile

• 8+ years of presales technical delivery on enterprise SaaS platforms with a track record of shipping outcome‑based solutions under compressed timelines.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity, able to define technical paths from loosely defined business problems.
• Experience running consultative workshops, documenting scope and success criteria clearly.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with the ServiceNow platform, including low‑code/pro‑code configuration, workflow automation and integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Now Assist, AI agents, LLM integration and AI governance.
• Proficiency in AI‑assisted engineering tooling to accelerate build cycles.
