Senior Advisor – People and Culture

About the role

Hexagon is seeking a Senior Advisor to join its APAC People & Culture team in Perth CBD. The role supports end‑to‑end HR operations across the APAC region, balancing responsive delivery with regulatory governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and leadership guidance on complex employee and industrial relations matters.
• Deliver day‑to‑day operational HR across the employee life‑cycle.
• Backup payroll processes and ensure governance.
• Administer and execute generalist HR duties.
• Support workforce planning and organisational reviews.
• Partner with frontline and corporate leadership on HR matters.
• Coach compliance and governance across company policies and business practices.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in HR or extensive HR advisory/business partnering experience, preferably in heavy industry.
• Broad knowledge of Australian employment law with strong ER/IR delivery.
• Ability to influence and coach diverse leadership groups and build relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage interchangeable workloads.
• Experience in matrix organisations and cross‑functional/global work is desirable.
• Prior change‑management or cultural transformation experience is a plus.
• Self‑directed, proactive and able to work independently.
